“Barnyards & Backyards” Valuable Resource

The University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service provides a valuable resource known as “Barnyards & Backyards.” Under the umbrella title, extension offers a regular magazine, a newspaper insert and a monthly column in the Wyoming Livestock Roundup publication.

The quarterly magazine, Barnyards & Backyards: Rural Living in Wyoming, features articles by natural resource experts on such topics as pasture management; landscaping; animal health; streams, irrigation, and water quality; wildlife habitat; enterprise management; trees, shrubs & gardening. It is perfect for the small acreage landowner, new landowner or backyard enthusiast. Back issues are archived online at http://ces.uwyo.edu.
